In the near future, Ball Widnau wants to enable apprentices to get to know other locations during the training, to see how different the works are and to make their own experiences.
Study time is working time
Learning has to be. For this reason, we give our apprentices the opportunity to prepare for examinations in our company. For us, learning is just as much a part of our work as are direct activities on the machine.
